Equipment: I shoot using a newer Nikon Digital SLR system. Along with me every time I go out is a bag full of lenses. Ranging from the simple 50mm 1.8, to my long lens 70-200mm 2.8, and a number of lenses in between these as well. I carry a back up camera as well, just in case.
Portability has been and will remain a priority, and for this reason I carry two battery powered flashes. They allow me to have freedom and flexibility on shoots. I also can bring studio lighting to a shoot, which would still allow for better lighting, and more control. Great for all indoor shoots. With plenty of options to control the lighting, we can create some very creative work, and high quality looks.
Computers are a key part of digital photography, and I use a Laptop equipped with the latest in high end photo editing software. I store my images on this computer, and maintain another back up version on hard copy at the office.
The backgrounds are a key to any photograph. So I carry a professional portable background with me to every indoor shoot. Made to be small enough to fit in a small apartment. It can also be stretched out to cover a large area for the extended family. I now carry a white, blue(cloudy), brown, pink, and black background for the basic modeling requirements. I also have a series blankets to cover the floor, or chairs used as props.
