Booking the shoot

**You have decided to work with me, so now what? Read the following, and book the shoot?

**First thing you need to do is fill out this Request Form. I will send you an email with a Papal link for paying the deposit (usually the first half). I will contact you as soon as I get confirmation of funds. This amount is refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled shoot time.

**Payed shoots: Sure, ask your agency. They can set up a shoot with me, and we can both get payed by them. If you are not with an agency, and you want to get payed, message me.

**Looking for a TF shoot? If you feel that you have a look that would benefit my portfolio message me. I would like to read about your idea.

I have had the pleasure of working with some local models, helping each other build stronger portfolios. Currently there are a few ideas that I would like to do, and would consider them for: Take a look.
If you can set it up, do the pose, or make it better... tell me your plan.
Otherwise my current answer to TF is: not at this time.

In the case that we do, a deposit may be required. The below cancellation clauses will still remain in effect, and I will leave this amount in my Papal account till we are done the shoot. So, this is how it works with me: When we meet, you will present me with a signed (or fill out) model release form. At the shoot you will receive your deposit in full. Later when I get a chance to edit the pictures you will get your images (likely 2 or 3 of my choice). These will be saved on my website (secure page), ready for you to download, and display were you please. More pictures may become available for purchase. I retain the rights to all these pictures, and they are not to be edited. If I use any pictures on my websites, I may make those available to you.

IMPORTANT! -

**Canceling a shoot: Send me an email! Select the Shoot Cancelation at the bottom of the drop down list. If you cancel a shoot at least 10 days prior to the scheduled shoot, I will refund your full deposit or payment. Less then 10 days, and the refund will drecrease per day (for example: 3 days before the shoot date, I will refund 30% of the original billed amount). If you want to reschedule, you have the option at that point of leaving your deposit(or remaining amount), and putting it against our next shoot date.

**Weather issues, or act of God: If we agree to postpone the shoot to another time and or date. No cancellation fee will be charged, and the deposit (or payment recieved, depending on our arrangment) will just be held as before. No extra fees will be added either. If we agree to cancel the shoot due to this, a refund will be considered case by case.

**No show: Contact me with a good explanation in the form of an email, text, facebook message, PIN message, fax, or phone call! There will be NO REFUND!! You can plead your case, or at least still get in touch with me and tell me what happened. I would appreciate that.
